I didn’t just fall into coaching.
A lot of who I am — and how I coach — comes from how I was raised. I grew up surrounded by strong women. My mum, my aunty, my grandma, my cousin… and then later into my teen years my sister. That environment shaped the way I see the world. It taught me resilience, care, and the importance of having someone in your corner. And in a lot of ways, this is my way of giving that back.
I’ve seen first-hand how frustrating it can be to feel like you’re trying — but nothing actually changes.
You go to the gym, you eat “well”, you do what you think is right, yet somehow you’re still not seeing results that genuinely last.
That’s where most people start to feel stuck.
Which is exactly where I come in!
I primarily work with women who feel like they’ve tried everything — but haven’t found something that actually works for them.

My background includes:

• Nutrition Coaching
• Training around hormonal health (including PCOS & cycle-based training)
